These are the best swaddle blankets EVER! I received a bunch of different types of blankets. These are the most breathable and the best size and weight. They get softer every time you wash them. I use them to swaddle as well as a blanket over the stroller. Definitely worth the price - he's 13 months old and I still use them, even if though we stopped swaddling long ago!

These swaddling blankets are SO worth the money! I received them as a gift and used them exclusively for my daughter. The instructional DVD is only 10 minutes and not only shows you HOW to use the blankets, it tells you why swaddling works (so take the time to watch it). My daughter was over 10 pounds at birth and didn't fit in the 30x30 receiving blankets for long! Since these are so much larger, we were able to continue to swaddle her until she no longer wanted to sleep with her arms confined.

We were having a hard time swaddling our little wiggler but after receiving these as a gift from our dear (and very wise) friend Aunt Lili, and a little help from Grandma, we all became big lovers of swaddling and of course these blankets! They breathe! They stretch! They are soft and strong... I too was concerned about warmth in winter, but one late night feed in the glider when I had forgotten my robe convinced me. I grabbed the extra blanket to drape on myself - I was shocked at how cozy I was! Combine that with warm pjs and a onesie - you are all set. We absolutely love these blankets and most importantly so does our daughter! (The disc is a bit temperamental - I found going to the web much easier)
